Over the years, Champion Fiberglass has celebrated many firsts. In 1989, a year after our founding, we developed the first fiberglass conduit with flame retardant properties. Then in 1996, we were one of the major authors of the first official standard for fiberglass conduit (UL 1684) by Underwriters Laboratories. As for quality designations, in 2006, we received our first ISO 9001 certification and remain certified today. While innovation is important, being a trusted provider of quality electrical conduit and offering personalized service to our customers are our top priorities.

Proudly Made in the USA and Certified ISO

We strive to ensure our customers the highest-quality products and customer satisfaction available in our industry. We manufacture fiberglass conduit from our 100% digital facility in Spring, Texas, North America’s most advanced production facility for fiberglass conduit. We’re proud to be made in the U.S.A. because this allows us to ensure quality and qualifications for domestic supplier requirements.

We’ve been ISO certified since 2006, and in 2018 we received re-certification for the latest version, ISO 9001:2015. The requirements of ISO 9001:2015 center on quality management systems, and in receiving this certification, our company has shown its ability to “consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements,” according to ISO’s rigorous guidelines.

Our environmental management systems have attained ISO 14001:2015 certification, the world’s premier environmental management principles. This means that our facility’s enhanced environmental management system fulfills compliance obligations and achieves environmental objectives. Champion Fiberglass is the only conduit-industry business to have received both certifications.

Trusted Collaborations

While these certifications are reflected in the quality of our product and the way we serve clients, we build on that commitment by partnering with customers to ensure their success. When an issue arises, we stand ready to assist with expertise and guidance, as we did with a wastewater treatment project for a river authority. For this project, Champion Fiberglass sales and technical support teams were called in to assist with supply and logistical issues. They were able to provide subject matter expertise to guide the project along to a successful conclusion. Read the full case study here.

Another way the Champion Fiberglass team supports partners like field sales representatives is by quickly turning around quotes, availability, expedites and drawings. Rep Tony Rowe of Desert States has experienced this and says, “Desert States is off to great start this year and we owe that success to Champion Fiberglass support and products.”

Champion Fiberglass strives to be nimble and responsive to customers’ needs. We know customers have budget and timelines to meet which is why we’ve created initiatives like Xpress Elbows. With this program, select sizes of elbows are shipped within 48 hours.

Champion Fiberglass provides a high level of service to support our electrical conduit because we want to see our customers’ projects succeed. We are an electrical conduit provider that project managers can trust from specifying and ordering, through installation and project conclusion. Find out more about our mission and team here.
