Tell us about your role at Champion Fiberglass^Ⓡ.

My job as a Day Shift Foreman involves overseeing the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift. I help deliver manufacturing results by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating manufacturing team results. I also provide coaching, counseling, and guidance about policies, procedures, and compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. I am passionate about helping my team reach their full potential and making a positive impact on the company’s success.

Tell us about your background.

I earned my Master’s Degree in project management at American Intercontinental University in Houston. I received my Bachelor of Economics degree from University of Lagos in Nigeria. I have been involved in production management, supervisory, processes, and process improvement in an industrial manufacturing environment for more than 14 years, driving production efficiency and fostering a positive, collaborative and safe work environment. 

What attracted you to the role at Champion Fiberglass?

In Champion Fiberglass, I saw the opportunity to be part of something impactful. I was inspired by the potential for learning new skills, taking on greater responsibility, and innovating alongside a rapidly expanding company that’s making a significant impact in its industry. The company’s clear mission and purpose gives me great motivation.

How do you spend your time when not working?

I enjoy exercise, reading, resting, watching movies, and spending time with loved ones.

I enjoy playing soccer.

What are you most excited about for 2025, personally and/or professionally?

While I’ve never been the best of travelers, I do miss little trips away. I’m excited for a holiday at some point in the future.
