Tell us about your role at Champion Fiberglass®. When did you start?

I currently serve as an HR Manager at Champion Fiberglass, where I support our team across a variety of people-focused initiatives from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and organizational development. I joined the company in October 2025, and since then, it’s been a rewarding experience being part of a team that values both innovation and its people.
Tell us about your background.
I began my career in human resources in the manufacturing industry in 2016. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with leadership and teams to improve processes, enhance communication, and create an environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
What attracted you to the role at Champion Fiberglass?
What drew me to Champion Fiberglass was the company’s commitment to excellence and its people-first mindset. I was excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization where I could make a meaningful impact, collaborate with a dedicated team, and continue developing professionally.
How do you spend your time when not working?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of my weekends. I have an energetic 2-year-old that enjoys the outdoors. Typically we spend the weekend chasing her around the backyard with her bubble machine or driving her around in her Power Wheels car.
Tell us something people might not know about you.
Something people might not know about me is that I love true crime podcasts and psych thriller audiobooks, anything that keeps me on the edge of my seat. At the same time, I’m very much a girly girl and love all things feminine. It’s a fun mix that keeps life interesting.
What are you excited about personally and/or professionally for the upcoming year?
I’m really excited for 2026 and all the opportunities to keep growing in my career, especially supporting people and building a positive inclusive workplace. Outside of work I’m looking forward to more meaningful time with my family and making special memories. It’s a busy season but I’m truly grateful for it and am enjoying every step.
