Calculators Updated in 2021

Champion Fiberglass offers three calculator tools on the website — the original Conduit Calculator, the Elbow Calculator and the Epoxy Adhesive Calculator.

These were designed to help customers estimate project needs in an easy, helpful way. The Conduit Calculator allows potential customers to get an estimate for a project for both materials and installation. The great thing about it is that it is also a comparison tool and provides comparative information for other types of conduit. New this year is that we added additional conduit types aluminum, EMT and stainless steel, so there are more comparison options.

The Elbow Calculator provides an estimate for materials and installation of fiberglass elbows and compares to PVC-coated steel, GRC, aluminum and stainless steel.

Finally, the Epoxy Adhesive Tool helps estimate project needs for installation. It allows customers to input information and learn the number of conduit joints and the number of adhesive cartridges for a project.

For the conduit and elbow calculators, we strive to stay up to date on materials costs. We regularly update the calculator’s pricing so it provides accurate results. Installation quotes are based on the 2021 – 2022 NECA Manual of Labor Units.
