Founded in 2013, AGI Sales prides itself on the customer service it provides to Eastern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. For this Green Bay-based operation it’s simple: don’t pass the buck, get involved instead. This means working hard and taking responsibility, values that principals Gerad Gast and Andrew Rychlewski developed during their nearly 40 years of combined experience in the electrical industry.

Electrical Sales in the DNA

Gast and Rychlewski each have more than 18 years of experience in electrical sales, particularly in the end user and contractor markets as distributor sales representatives. They are known for their in-depth knowledge of the end user/contractor experience and creative solutions that only experience can provide. From EOMs and contractors to wholesalers and engineers, the AGI Sales team covers a wide range of customers and applications.

Taking on the Supply Chain

AGI Sales and Champion Fiberglass® have been partners for five years, most memorably when they joined forces on a power generation project in Yellowstone National Park. Graybar Distributor – where Gast and Rychlewski cut their teeth in the field – contracted on the project.

For the AGI Sales team, working with Champion Fiberglass is a no-brainer, as both value communication and service as top priorities. While the Yellowstone project originally called for PVC electrical conduit, Champion Fiberglass Duct SW was utilized in response to supply chain issues. Additionally, the contractor preferred Champion Fiberglass conduit for its low coefficient of friction which allowed for easier pulls. The positive experience for the contractor has helped AGI Sales land more jobs.

‘The Only Reason We Exist’

Customer service and hard work are the ties that bind AGI Sales and Champion Fiberglass. The team has fun selling Champion Fiberglass, and they get rewarded in return.

“We seek to represent companies that have a similar customer philosophy,” says Rychlewski. “That’s the only reason we exist.”
