Kim McFarland brings a dedicated and organized approach to her logistics role at Champion Fiberglass®. Since joining the team in March 2026, she has been instrumental in coordinating conduit deliveries, collaborating with freight partners, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Tell us about your role at Champion Fiberglass®. When did you start?
I joined Champion Fiberglass in March 2026; I am part of the Logistics Team. In my role, I help coordinate shipments, work with freight companies, keep operations running smoothly, and support the team wherever I’m needed.
Tell us about your background.
Before coming to Champion Fiberglass, I spent 13 years as a stay-at-home mom raising my son. That time helped me build strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Returning to the workforce has been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve enjoyed putting those strengths to use in a professional setting while continuing to learn and grow.
What attracted you to the role at Champion Fiberglass?
I was looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values teamwork, growth, and dedication. Champion Fiberglass stood out because of its strong reputation and welcoming culture, and I was excited by the opportunity to learn new skills.
How do you spend your time when not working?
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, including my husband, son, and my parents. I also enjoy reading, especially Colleen Hoover novels, watching documentaries, listening to music, and focusing on personal growth.
Tell us something people might not know about you.
I graduated with honors from Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis and maintain an active cosmetology license. I still provide hair services for close family and friends, allowing me to keep my skills current.
What are you excited about personally and/or professionally this year?
Professionally, I’m excited to keep learning, strengthen my skills, and take on new challenges at Champion Fiberglass. On a personal level, I’m focused on improving my health and wellness, spending quality time with my family, and continuing to grow.
