She is a recent grad of Texas A&M University and the Champion Fiberglass® intern program. She’s also a twin and loves music, traveling and spending time with her two Italian greyhounds. Get to know Yulia Lisovaya.
Tell us about your role at Champion Fiberglass®. When did you start?
I serve as the Inside Sales Manager at Champion Fiberglass®. In this role, I lead the inside sales team with a focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting our external sales force. My day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of quotes, orders, and customer inquiries. I officially began this role on January 5, 2026.
Tell us about your background.
I am a December 2025 graduate of Texas A&M University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution with a minor in business. I gained experience in the electrical industry through prior internships, and this past summer I interned at Champion Fiberglass. During my internship, I rotated through multiple departments, including sales, where I learned Champion Fiberglass products, inside sales processes, and built strong relationships with our outside sales team, rep agencies, and the Champion Fiberglass team.
What attracted you to the role at Champion Fiberglass?
I was first introduced to Champion Fiberglass through my capstone project at Texas A&M. After interning here this past summer, I fell in love with the culture, the people, and the history. The welcoming, supportive, and family-oriented environment truly stood out to me, along with the company’s long-standing commitment to exceptional customer service. It’s rare to find a company that is so genuine, grounded, and focused on making a real impact. Champion Fiberglass felt like home, and I knew I wanted to return after graduation.
How do you spend your time when not working?
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and hanging out with my two Italian Greyhounds. I also love listening to music and exploring new places whenever I can.
Tell us something people might not know about you.
I have a twin sister and an older sister. I absolutely love dogs even though I am allergic to all animals. I am left-handed, and I also have a pretty cool birthdate… you will have to ask me about it!
What are you excited about personally and/or professionally for the coming year?
I am excited to continue growing both professionally and personally by building strong relationships with our rep agencies, the inside sales team, and the entire Champion Fiberglass family. I look forward to opportunities, challenges, and experiences that will help me continue to grow and make a meaningful impact this year.
