The planned expansion of Champion Fiberglass’s facilities is on track, and our groundbreaking will be taking place soon. The addition of a third production line will functionally double our output and allow us to meet growing demand. The third production line will feature advancements including a double winder (vs. our other two lines’ single winders), a 40-foot drying oven and 12-foot quench tank (doubling the lengths of those of Lines 1 and 2), and a faster puller system.
Once Line 3 is operational and functioning at its maximum output, we’ll be retrofitting Lines 1 and 2 with these advancements. These upgrades are just one feature of our commitment to greater production capability, speed, and quality.
