Champion Fiberglass is pleased to announce that Goran Haag, company CEO and owner, has been named to the ACMA (American Composites Manufacturers Association) Board of Directors.

The ACMA, the composites industry’s largest trade group, serves as the “unified voice and protector of the composites industry,” and ensures that distributers, suppliers, and manufacturers have a part in developing and directing the future of composites. The organization’s goals include working to influence regulatory and legislative affairs relating to composites, developing and providing educational resources and market research, and promoting market growth and innovation.

Mr. Haag, who has been a member of the organization for the past five years, is looking forward to taking a more active role and working more closely, in particular, on organization’s environmental proposals. “I’d like to see the acceptance of composites in the USA continue to increase. We have come a long way since the inception of Champion Fiberglass 30 years ago, but there is still a lot of work to do,” said Mr. Haag.

Champion Fiberglass congratulates Mr. Haag on his board membership, and looks forward to being part of the changes the ACMA is working to effect in our industry.
