Champion FiberglassⓇ is excited to announce that Paul Casano has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations.
In this new role, Casano will oversee all aspects of plant and business operations for Champion Fiberglass. In addition, he’ll be supervising the fourth production line build.
Most recently, Casano has served as Plant Manager since 2020 with responsibility over both production and engineering. He’s worked at the company since 2012 and holds a BA in mechanical engineering.
Says CEO Goran Haag, “Over 13 years Paul’s career has advanced significantly beginning as Production Assistant, then progressing to Engineering Assistant, Engineering Manager, and Plant Manager. He has a deep understanding of all aspects of plant manufacturing. I have no doubt in his new role he will provide value and new efficiencies that will benefit customers.”
