Tell us about your background.
I graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines in 1987. I used to own a construction company in the Philippines. After moving to the United States, I pursued a career in nursing, working in a psychiatric department in California for over four years. In 2012, I decided to move to Texas and worked for HP for a year. In 2015, I was hired by Champion Fiberglass as an assistant production planner. After eighteen months in that role, I was promoted to purchasing manager.
