Goran Haag, President
Goran graduated B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from RIT (Royal Institute of Technology), Stockholm, Sweden, the town where he also grew up in. He worked in the chemical industry in Europe and Asia before coming to USA in 1986. Goran cofounded Champion Fiberglass, Inc. with former partner Don Drover in 1988. Don retired in 2008 and Goran is since then the sole owner of the company.

Eric S. Gudger, National Sales Manager
Eric has a BA in Business Management from National-Louis University-Tampa, FL. He is an electrical industry veteran with sales, marketing, and management experience. This includes years of experience in electrical distribution with Hughes Supply, Inc. and GE Supply. Eric was a principal with Electrical Reps South, Inc., an electrical manufacturer rep agency, of Atlanta, GA. In addition, he was the Southern Region Sales Manager with Ericson Manufacturing Company. Eric joins our team in 2005 and is responsible for our sales and marketing efforts.

Todd Arndt, Regional Sales Manager
Todd has a BA in Business Management from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas. He worked as a Supervisor for a large lumber-yard, as a Branch Manager for an HVAC distributor, as a Regional Sales Manager for CANTEX, and Operations Manager for John Moore & Associates before joining Champion Fiberglass, Inc. in February 2007. Todd is responsible for our sales in his assigned territory.

Robert Reeger, Regional Sales Manager
Robert, or Bob, as his friends and colleagues call him, has spent his professional career of 35 years in the electrical industry and is a seasoned sales professional. The last 24 years, he was Regional Sales Manager with Wheatland Tube Company, a major steel conduit and fittings manufacturer. Prior to being at Wheatland Tube, Bob was the Regional Manager for GEC, an international lighting and enclosure manufacturer. While at GEC, Bob helped pioneer the Vynckier line of fiberglass enclosures in the US. Bob is responsible for sales in the Western US and select territories in Canada.

Marissa M. Sarangaya, Accountant/Controller
Marissa graduated with a BS in Accounting from University of the East in Manila, Philippines, the town where she also grew up. She also has an CPA from the Philippines. Before joining Champion Fiberglass, she worked in accounting in Manila, Philippines for The Peninsula Manila hotel for 26 years (part of the international Peninsula Hotel Group). There she was involved in all aspects of accounting. She joined Champion Fiberglass in October 1, 2007 as a Controller. She is overall responsible for Accounting, making sure everything is within the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Sam See, Plant Engineer
Sam is a native Texan. He has extensive hands-on engineering experience and is versatile in many disciplines, such as electrical, electronic and mechanical and design engineering. Sam had a specialty shop for many years that provided electrical and mechanical design and fabrication. Sam was actively involved in setting up Champion Fiberglass' plant in 1988 and in 1996 started working for Champion Fiberglass, Inc. as plant engineer. Sam is also in charge of all mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and electronic installations.

Kyle Owens, Production Manager
Kyle graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He has 25 years experience in the thermoset chemical industry. He has held positions as Plant Technical Manager with Reichhold Chemicals in Houston, Texas; Quality, Engineering and Plant Manager with Columbia Industries in San Antonio, Texas; Quality and Marble Plant Manager with Royal Baths in Houston, Texas and Marble Operations Manager with Venetian Marble in San Antonio, Texas. Kyle joined Champion Fiberglass in July 2010 and is responsible for production management.
